25 juli 2026- Casting 4K did not work on Windows: the video engine in this build writes the codec name in a form a Chromecast rejects, after which it refused the stream within half a second. The app now determines that name itself, just like on macOS.

Varför uppdateras inte min Mac-nedladdning?
Direktnedladdningen för Mac från den här sidan är vår äldre skrivbordsapp och den uppdateras inte för närvarande. Mac App Store-versionen, för macOS 13.3 eller nyare, är den som fortsätter få uppdateringar, och det är samma app som på Apple TV. Mac-sidan förklarar båda vägarna.
