Why sync matters for IPTV

A playlist with thousands of channels and a library of movies and series only feels like yours once the app knows you. Without sync, every device starts from zero: you search for the episode you were watching, you set your subtitle language again, and you type the same playlist address into a TV remote one character at a time.

With an account, the app on every device knows the same things. Pause a film on your phone in bed, and the TV in the living room offers to continue from that exact second. Mark a channel as a favorite on the iPad, and it is on the Apple TV a moment later. Change the subtitle language once and it changes everywhere.

How fast it is

A change is sent three seconds after you make it, so a burst of changes goes as one. Devices that are open keep a line to our server and hear about a change the moment it arrives; there is no fixed clock that makes you wait. A device that was off asks for everything it missed when you open the app.

Phones get special care. iOS and Android freeze an app about a second after you put it away, and a change can still be waiting at that moment. The app sends it immediately when it goes to the background, so you can change something on your phone, put it down and pick up your tablet.

Your playlists, encrypted

Your playlists live in a vault. The address, username and password are encrypted on your own device, with a key that only your devices and your recovery code hold. Our server stores ciphertext and cannot read it, and neither could anyone who broke into it. A new device gets the key from one of your devices, end-to-end encrypted, when you scan its QR code or tap Allow.

Progress, favorites and settings are stored encrypted on our server. There is no password to leak: you sign in with Apple, Google or a recovery code, and we do not need your email address.

Manage it all in one place

At account.iptvplayerone.com you see every device with the moment it last synced, and the last 250 changes by day. You can remove favorites, change your settings for every device at once, and see your playlists or, with your recovery code, add one from your computer. Removing a device frees a place for a new one.

What it costs

The account is $19.99 a year or $49.99 once, for lifetime, for up to 8 devices. Without an account the app costs $5.99 a year per device. Already bought the app? What you paid comes off the account price, wherever you bought it. The pricing page shows the three options side by side.

An account is never required. Every app keeps working without one, exactly as before.
