A few details help us solve your question in one go:

  • Add your device code. You will find it in the app under Settings, and it looks like AB:CD:EF:12:34:56, or starts with AND- on Android. With the code we see your device and your purchase straight away, whichever device you use and wherever you bought the app. On Apple TV, Android TV or Google TV, open this page on your phone and copy the code from the TV screen.
  • Tell us which device you use and which app version. Windows, Mac (App Store), Apple TV, Android phone or tablet, Android TV or Google TV, or the iPhone and iPad app. The app version is in the app under Settings, and on Windows and Mac the version of Windows or macOS helps too.
  • Activation or subscription question? Say where you bought the app: from us, in the App Store or in Google Play. Bought from us and the trial has ended? Link your device at iptvplayerone.com/koppelen with the device code, no ticket needed. Bought in a store? Your subscription is active in the app itself, and the Apple or Google account you paid with helps us find it.
  • A channel or film does not play? Try it in your provider’s own app or link first. We are a player only, so a stream that works nowhere is something your provider has to fix. Does it work elsewhere but not in our app? Then do open a ticket, with the channel name and a screenshot.
  • Tell us what you already tried, so we can skip the steps that did not work. On iPhone or iPad? The version number is in the app settings; add it to your report.

Quick answers

Many common questions are already answered on the FAQ page, and the known issues page lists the problems we know about, each with its fix.

Setting up the app for the first time? There are installation guides for Windows, Mac, Apple TV and iPhone and iPad. On Android phones, tablets, Android TV and Google TV the app comes from Google Play; the download page shows every route. All guides are collected on one page.

Want to watch on your TV? The app runs on the television itself on Apple TV and on Android TV and Google TV, so there is nothing to cast there. From Windows, the Mac app, an Android phone or tablet or the iPhone and iPad app you can cast to a Chromecast, a Google TV or an Android TV: the Chromecast guide shows how.

Refunds

Bought from us on Windows? You can ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase. Bought in the App Store or in Google Play? Apple or Google handles that refund, not us. The refund policy tells you exactly where to go.

Business details

IPTV Player One, Spoorstraat 6, 2411 EE Bodegraven, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 90732510. VAT: NL004842184B92.

In Google Play the app is published as First Concepts, in the App Store as Jerry van der Werf. Both are us. Other apps carry names close to ours, such as IPTV One and One IPTV Player, and those are not ours: for those we cannot help you.

IPTV Player One is a player only and provides no channels, playlists or content.

Frequently asked questions

The free trial has ended, how do I keep watching?

The 14 free days start the first time you play something, and after that you pay for the app to keep watching. It is $5.99 a year. On Windows you can buy from us, once for that device, and you then link the device at iptvplayerone.com/koppelen with your device code. In the App Store and in Google Play it is a subscription that renews until you cancel. The pricing page lists every route side by side.

I paid on one device, can I use the app on another?

That depends on where you paid. An App Store subscription covers your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV on the same Apple Account. A Google Play subscription covers your phone, tablet, Android TV and Google TV on the same Google account. Bought from us on Windows? That licence is per device, so a second computer needs its own.

Which app version do I have, and where is my device code?

Both are in the app under Settings. The device code looks like AB:CD:EF:12:34:56, or starts with AND- on Android. Windows and the store apps each count their own version numbers, so tell us which app you are using as well as the number.

Is there an app for Fire TV, Roku, Samsung or LG?

No. IPTV Player One runs on Windows, Mac, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Android phones and tablets, and Android TV and Google TV. There is no app for Fire TV, Roku, Samsung Tizen or LG webOS. From Windows, the Mac app, an Android phone or the iPhone and iPad app you can cast to a Chromecast (also called Google Cast), a Google TV or an Android TV instead.

Can you help with my playlist or my channels?

Only with how the app handles them. IPTV Player One is a player only: we supply no channels, playlists, content or subscriptions, and we have no access to your provider's server. Which channels you get, and a stream that is offline everywhere, is for whoever sold you the playlist. Anything about the app itself is ours, and we would rather fix it than leave you stuck.
