Privacy statement
We keep as little data as possible and we never sell it. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
For activation we store a random device code, a hashed device key, and your activation status (trial, active or expired). Your playlist stays in the app on your own computer and is never sent to our servers, so we cannot see your playlist or passwords.
Purchases and partner links
If you buy through the Mac App Store, we store which subscription you bought and until when it is valid; the payment runs through Apple and we never see your payment details. If you arrived via a partner link, we briefly store a hashed form of your IP address so we can credit the sale to that partner. We cannot identify you from either of these.
What we do not do
We use no advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. Google Analytics statistics run only if you allow them in the cookie banner. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Activation data is removed after twelve months of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Where it is stored and your rights
Data is stored on a server within the European Union. You have the right to see, correct or delete your data. Open a ticket in the supportdesk for any request.
