Try before you buy

Every device gets 14 days free before you pay anything. That is your chance to make sure the app works for you, so most questions are answered before a purchase.

Money-back on a purchase from us

Bought the Windows installer or the macOS disk image from us? Open a ticket in the supportdesk within 14 days of buying and we will refund you, no long story needed.

Send your device code and the email you used to pay. We handle refunds within a few working days.

Bought in the App Store? Then Apple refunds you

An App Store subscription is a payment to Apple, so only Apple can undo it. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple account you paid with. We have no access to those payments and cannot refund them for you, however much we would like to.

To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple account under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Cancelling on its own does not refund the period you already paid for; your access simply runs to the end of it.
