Refund policy

Try before you buy

Every device gets 14 days free before you pay anything. That is your chance to make sure the app works for you, so most questions are answered before a purchase.

Money-back on a purchase from us

Bought a license from us, for the Windows installer? Open a ticket in the supportdesk within 14 days of buying and we will refund you, no long story needed.

Send your device code and the email you used to pay. We handle refunds within a few working days.

Bought an account from us at account.iptvplayerone.com? The same 14 days apply. Open a ticket with your customer number, which you find at the bottom of the menu in the portal.

Bought in the App Store? Then Apple refunds you

An App Store subscription, for the iPhone and iPad app, the Mac app or the Apple TV app, is a payment to Apple, so only Apple can undo it. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple account you paid with. We have no access to those payments and cannot refund them for you, however much we would like to.

To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple account under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Cancelling on its own does not refund the period you already paid for; your access simply runs to the end of it.

Bought in Google Play? Then Google refunds you

A Google Play subscription, for an Android phone, tablet, Android TV or Google TV, is a payment to Google, so only Google can undo it. Request a refund in the Play Store, under Subscriptions or in your order history, with the Google account you paid with. We have no access to those payments and cannot refund them for you.

To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the Play Store under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. As with Apple, cancelling on its own does not refund the period you already paid for; your access simply runs to the end of it.
