Terms of use for IPTV Player One

Who we are

These terms are between you and IPTV Player One, based in Bodegraven, the Netherlands. Our full business details, including our Chamber of Commerce number, are on the support page, which is also where you reach us. Questions about these terms go through the same supportdesk. In the App Store and in Google Play the seller name may differ; the terms are the same.

Three ways to buy, three sets of rules

Where you buy decides what you agree to, so we spell out all three.

Directly from us (the Windows installer, paid through Mollie): you buy a personal license for one year for $5.99 with a single payment. It does not renew: when the year is over, nothing is charged and nothing continues by itself. Each license is linked to one device through the device code the app shows, which you link at iptvplayerone.com/koppelen, and is not transferable. A lifetime license bought from us before 28 September 2026 stays valid; we no longer sell lifetime per device.

In the App Store (the iPhone and iPad app, the Mac app and the Apple TV app, on one listing): you take out a subscription with Apple, not with us. It costs $5.99 per year; Apple charges in your own currency and shows your exact price before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel it, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the new period starts. You cancel it yourself in your Apple Account, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. The subscription belongs to your Apple Account, so it covers your Mac, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad together, as long as they use the same Apple Account, rather than one single device.

In Google Play (the Android app, which is the same app on phones, tablets, Android TV and Google TV): you take out a subscription with Google, not with us. It costs $5.99 per year; Google charges in your own currency and shows your exact price before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel it. You cancel it yourself in the Play Store under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. The subscription belongs to your Google account, so it covers every device you are signed in on rather than one single device.

Whichever way you buy, the license is for personal use and may not be resold.

The account

The account is optional: every app works without one. It adds sync, the encrypted vault for your playlists and pairing a device by QR code, for up to 8 devices at once.

Bought from us at account.iptvplayerone.com, paid through Mollie: $19.99 for one year that does not renew, or $49.99 once for lifetime. Bought in the App Store or Google Play: a subscription with that store, under the rules for that store set out above.

What you paid for a license you already have comes off the account price, as the pricing page explains. You can end the account at any time at account.iptvplayerone.com; everything in it is then deleted, except the payment records we are required to keep.

No content provided

IPTV Player One is a player only. It contains no channels, playlists or streams. You supply your own source and you are solely responsible for it. Using the app for content you are not entitled to watch is not permitted. Only M3U and Xtream Codes playlists are supported; Stalker and MAC portals are not, and the app has no content of its own.

Trial and payment

Every new device gets a 14-day free trial from first playback, on every platform, including Apple TV, Android TV and Google TV. After the trial the app must be unlocked to keep playing, through the route that belongs to your device: a purchase from us on Windows, an App Store subscription on Mac, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, or a Google Play subscription on Android, Android TV and Google TV. The trial is ours and not a store introductory offer: it runs on our service, asks for no payment details, and ends by itself without charging anything.

Cancelling and refunds

Bought from us? Then there is nothing to cancel: a one-year license simply expires and a lifetime license never does. If you want your money back, you have 14 days after the purchase, and our refund policy explains how.

Subscribed in the App Store? Then Apple handles both. You cancel in your Apple Account under Subscriptions, on any of your Apple devices that use that account, which stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot refund an Apple charge ourselves.

Subscribed in Google Play? Then Google handles both, in the same way. You cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions, on any device with the same Google account or at play.google.com, also when you bought it on Android TV or Google TV. That stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds for Play purchases are requested from Google in the Play Store; we cannot refund a Google charge ourselves.

Whichever way you buy, your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, stay intact.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but we are not liable for content you play or for sources you use. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Dutch law applies, without taking away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
