IPTV PLAYER ONE Download

Terms of use

Two ways to buy, two sets of rules

Where you buy decides what you agree to, so we spell out both.

Directly from us (the Windows installer and the macOS disk image, paid through Mollie): you buy a personal license with a single payment. On Windows that is either one year for $5.95 or a lifetime license for $9.95; the macOS download offers the yearly license only. The yearly license does not renew: when the year is over, nothing is charged and nothing continues by itself. Each license is linked to one device and is not transferable.

In the App Store (macOS today, iPhone and iPad once the app is released there): you take out a subscription with Apple, not with us. It costs $5.99 per year or $1.49 per month; Apple charges in your own currency and shows your exact price before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel it, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the new period starts. You cancel it yourself in your Apple account, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. The subscription belongs to your Apple account, so it covers your own Mac, iPhone and iPad rather than one single device. There is no lifetime option in the App Store.

Whichever way you buy, the license is for personal use and may not be resold.

No content provided

IPTV Player One is a player only. It contains no channels, playlists or streams. You supply your own source and you are solely responsible for using legal, authorized sources.

Trial and payment

New devices get a 14-day free trial from first playback. After the trial the app must be unlocked to keep playing, either with a purchase from us or with an App Store subscription. The trial is ours, not an Apple introductory offer: it runs on our service, asks for no payment details, and ends by itself without charging anything.

Cancelling and refunds

Bought from us? Then there is nothing to cancel; a one-year license simply expires. If you want your money back, you have 14 days after the purchase, and our refund policy explains how.

Subscribed in the App Store? Then Apple handles both. You cancel in your Apple account under Subscriptions, which stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot refund an Apple charge ourselves. Your statutory right of withdrawal stays intact either way.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but we are not liable for content you play or for sources you use. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Dutch law applies.
