A desktop workflow, not a mobile port

Most IPTV apps are designed for a remote control and then squeezed onto a PC. IPTV Player One goes the other way: it is a Windows app first. You browse live TV, movies and series with mouse or keyboard, search takes you straight to a channel or title, and keyboard shortcuts handle playback and navigation without hunting through menus: space pauses, left and right skip 10 seconds, up and down switch channel on live TV and change the volume in movies and series, F is full screen and M mutes. Movies and series play through the open source mpv engine. New versions download themselves and install when you close the app.

Watching in the evening? The dark design is easy on the eyes. Your library keeps itself organized: groups, favorites, and a continue watching row that remembers your progress per title, even across multiple playlists.

Bring your own playlist

The app is a player only: it contains no channels, content or subscriptions, so you connect your own legal sources through an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login. And when the living room calls, you can cast to Chromecast, Google TV or Android TV with subtitle and audio track choice on the cast itself, and subtitles that stay in sync.

Casting is not the only way to the living room. The same player is on Apple TV, on Android TV and Google TV and on Fire TV, with a layout made for the remote, so you can watch on the PC during the day and on the TV in the evening. The Apple TV and Android TV apps come from the App Store and Google Play as a subscription, and the Fire TV app comes from our site with a license of its own; a license bought from us for Windows stays on that PC.

Bought from us on Windows, a year is one payment that never renews by itself. In the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV) and on Google Play (Android, Android TV and Google TV) the same $5.99 a year is a subscription that renews until you cancel it.
